Xu Zi’ s We choose love

In her artistic creation, Xu Zi chose red and yellow, which are often used in Chinese traditional paintings of the peony, a favorite flower of the Chinese people, as the tone colors to draw roses which is the favorite flower of westerners. In her A Rose Always in Fashion, an artwork with her unique “Xu Zi style”, she not only absorbed the modern western art style of impressionism and non-realism, but also used “flying white”, a technique often used in the art of Chinese calligraphy. This unique artwork has got favorable comments and admiration from art critics.
